This will be our third year participating in the Annual Town Wide Clean Up. The Danvers DPW will host the event on Saturday, April 25, from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, in celebration of Earth Day! Public Reading of the Declaration of Independence sponsored by State Representative Sally Kerans. I attended for the first time last year. It was more impactful than I expected. It is a moving tribute to our democracy made by ordinary citizens. Public is invited to read a portion of the document. People who wish to read should arrive between 10:20 and 10:40.

DanversDems held a Toiletries Drive for the Danvers Food Pantry on Saturday and Sunday August 10 & 11 at the CVS downtown at 1 Maple Street.
DanversDems turned out to collect items for the Danvers Food Pantry. First time we held such an event at a business location. We collected many items from DanversDems and from people visiting the CVS.
